We do not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or placement duration.

3. Candidate Declarations

By registering, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete
• You will inform JDB Euro Group promptly of any changes to your information
• You have not made, and will not make, any payment to JDB Euro Group or any third party in order to secure a work placement
• You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our systems

4. Right to Work

You confirm that you have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom and that you will provide valid documentation upon request. JDB Euro Group reserves the right to verify right-to-work status at any time.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

JDB Euro Group processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. By registering, you authorise us to:

• Collect, store, and process your personal information for work-finding activities
• Share your data with clients, employers, and carefully selected third parties where relevant to potential opportunities
• Retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment purposes

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Communication Preferences

You may be contacted by JDB Euro Group via email, phone, or SMS regarding work opportunities and related services. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by updating your account preferences or contacting us directly.

7. No Fees to Candidates

JDB Euro Group does not charge candidates fees for registration or placement. If you are asked to make a payment in connection with a role claiming to be from JDB Euro Group, you should notify us immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDB Euro Group shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided by third parties
• Decisions made by employers or clients
• Loss of earnings, opportunities, or consequential damages

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your registration at any time if you breach these Terms or if continued registration is no longer appropriate.

10. Changes to These Terms
